Le Residenze di Carlà (Carla’s Residence) is a cozy abode on the 6th
and 7th floors in the historic area of Stampace, Cagliari. The facility is the fruit of skilled restoration in which care for details and comfort are guaranteed in every corner
to give each guest a welcoming and elegant environment. A coffee corner bar is available to the guests where you can enjoy coffee, tea or herbal teas.
The accommodation has double bedrooms with a balcony or a window with a view of the city on the 6th floor and a studio apartment “Suite Sofia” in the attic on the 7th floor with a cooking corner and large terraces furnished with lounge chairs and an external shower.
All the rooms have an air-conditioning radiation system in the floor and also have ventilators on the ceiling.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Suite. There are wifi smoke detectors in all areas of the apartment.

Carla’s Home Residence building in Stampace is sanitized daily and hygienic hand gel is available to the guests in every room. Every part of the accommodation is sanitized daily with an ozonizer, considered among the most efficient methods to guarantee a complete sterilization and disinfection of areas contaminated by virus, mold, insects and bad odors.

Where we are
Le Residenze di Carlà is located just a short walk from the train and bus stations, the beautiful historic section of Castello (Castle), via Roma, Corso Vittorio Emanuelle, and Corso Garibaldi.
HOW TO GET HERE FROM THE AIRPORT :
It’s easy to get to our guest house
1) you can take the train from the airport and in 5 minutes you arrive at the train station that is 800 meters from our guest house. The train ticket costs €1.30. The train leaves on average every 20 minutes starting from 5:26 am till 11:07 pm.
2) or we can book transfer at the cost of €25 for 2 people.
